In early 2005, we started an auction, consignment and sales company located in Wyoming.  In March 2007, we signed a contract with DOGGLES and became a dealer. In September of 2007, we decided that we liked selling our mountaineering products and were more knowledgeable about them, than night vision products. So we changed our name to Wyoming Mountaineering. We are authorized retailers for all of the products that we sell. This means that we follow all the rules set up by the manufacturers, and we can offer you full warranty and replacement on anything that is defective or broken or we can give a full refund. Customer satisfaction is number one with us.
 
We can now offer our valued customers a line of affordable, high quality, Factory Name brand, Mountaineering, Climbing and Sporting Goods products. We have worked hard proving ourselves and finally became authorized retailers and enjoy the benefits of having the factory back up all of the products that we sell! We still believe in giving the customer the best product that we can find, at a discounted price, and keeping our customer happy. We want you to be a repeat customer. Returns and Refund policies:
D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) Returns: Here at WyomingMountaineering.com we will take all possible steps to make sure the products you receive are in working condition and complete. However if the product should arrive DOA (dead on arrival, doesn't work properly, missing parts or is damaged) you must report this to us within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt and we will gladly expedite an exchange of the product if the following conditions are met:
1. The product was not modified or disassembled in any way as to void the warranty.
2. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us or a $15 restocking fee will be assessed. Email and ask for a RMA.
Please keep in mind: We cannot accept a physically damaged product. If you notice that the product packaging is reasonably damaged (enough to believe that the product inside suffered damage as well), then do not accept it from the carrier. If you happened to accept the product and it is damaged, you must report this to us within 24 hours of receipt, at which point we will assist you in contacting the carrier and invoking the insurance policy.
Each incident will be handled on a case-by-case basis. WyomingMountaineering.com and FIVE AUCTIONS & SALES, LLC management will take all necessary and rational steps to correct the problem dealing with DOA products. No shipments will be accepted without an RMA number! It is under the full discretion of FIVE AUCTIONS & SALES, LLC management to allow or deny refunds.
 
You have 30 days after product purchase to request a refund. All products that fall outside of the DOA policy and DO NOT HAVE A RMA, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is charged because all units must be sent back to the factory to be inspected, recalibrated, refurbished and repackaged. We advise that you purchase your products with care and consult us if you are not sure of the application or capability of your product. We are here to help you make the right choice the first time!
 
Shipping costs are non-refundable without a RMA. Each return will be treated on a case-by-case basis depending on circumstances. Returns must be reported to us by email along with the invoice number, contact information and reason for requesting a refund. It is under the full discretion of FIVE AUCTIONS & SALES management to allow or deny refunds, which fall outside of the scope of this policy.
